What is KFI?

KFI is a Non-Profit organization which helps people with disabilities to live , work and participate in their community. KFI has a history dating back more than 35 years and is proud of all it has accomplished based on it's philosopy. KFI began with a meeting for concerned parents. They were concerned that their disabled children were not getting an adequate education in the public schools. It has evolved, with different milestones along the way, into what it is today. KFI supports people with varying degrees of disabilities throughout the State of Maine.
